Mrs. Hlavachek, nee Mary Burich, was born July 28, 1870 in the Town of Rockland, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Burich. She was married to Joseph Hlavachek in 1901. She was a member of St. Ann Altar Society of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Surviving are five sons John of Rt. 2, Reedsville, George of Albany, the Rev. Joseph of Detroit, Mich., Steve of Madison and Charles of Schofield; a daughter, Mrs. Frank Bacik of Jackson, Mich.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Mary Shimek of Reedsville and Mrs. John Polak of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Dvorachek and Miss Antonette Burich of Brillion; a brother, John of Brillion; 17 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 pm Friday where the rosary will be recited at 8 pm.
