Peter. J. Gosz, 83, of Cato, died unexpectedly Tuesday at homeFuneral services will be at 10:15 a.m. Friday at Reedsville Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville. A son, the Rev. Isadore Gosz, and the Rev. Carl Buresh will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.
Mr. Gosz was born Nov. 14, 1892, at Grimms, son of the late George and Christine Voissem?? Gosz. He married Rose Stefl Nov. 24, 1915, at Whitelaw.
He was a rural mail carrier for 42 years and treasurer of St. Mary Catholic Church for 29 years.
Survivors include two sons, John, of Green Bay and the Rev. Isadore Gosz, of De Pere; three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Mary) Rohrer, of Manitowoc, Mrs. Donald (Florence) Brunner, of Waupaca and Mrs. Le Roy (Marcella) Geiger, of Cato; a brother, Martin, of Menasha; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Miller, of Appleton; 18 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
His wife, four brothers and six sisters preceded him in death.
