PLYMOUTH Funeral services for Minor K. Johnston, 80, former 2 term representative to the Ohio State legislature during the governorship of Vic Donahey, will be held at 1:30 Friday afternoon from the McQuate Funeral Home here.
The remains were shipped here for interment from Pavillion, Wyoming, where Mr. Johnston died Jan. 22, following a stroke suffered on Jan. 3.
He was born July 24, 1866, 4 miles south of Plymouth and until recent years was active as an attorney.
He was elected twice to the Ohio legislature from his home district.
Mr. Johnston is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lottie Trago of Pavillion, Wyoming, with whom he resided for the past few years, one brother, Edward of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Plymouth.
