She was a member of Simpsonville Baptist Church.
She is survived by husband Mike; two daughters Heather Blankenship of Shelbyville, KY and Kandice King, of Rochester, NY; and four grandchildren ;a brother, Gary Chamberlain, of Palm Springs, CA.
The funeral will be held 2 pm on Sunday, July 13, at Shannon Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Todd's Point with a post-service gathering at Simpsonville Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 4-7 pm on Saturday, July 12, at Shannon Funeral Home, 1124 Main Street, Shelbyville, KY.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be directed to Simpsonville Baptist Church PO Box 56 Simpsonville, KY 40067.
