A funeral service for Tommy Lee Jenkins, 76, Borden, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook, Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, New Albany. He died Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.

He was a native of New Albany, and was a retired lab worker for Public Service Indiana, now Duke Energy. He was a 50-year member of the Pythagoras Lodge No. 355 F.&A.M., a member of the Scottish Rite and Murat Shrine, Indianapolis. He was a member of the LaBelle Chapter No. 419 Order of the Eastern Star.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie J. (Jones) Jenkins; two sons, Thomas J. Jenkins and his wife, Kirra, Arlington, Va., and James A. Jenkins and his wife, Suzanne, Key West, Fla.; a daughter, Vicki J. Laprad and her husband, Scott, Borden; two stepsons, Steve A. Diedrich and his wife, Kelly, New Albany, and Dean A. Diedrich and his wife, Polly, New Albany; a stepdaughter, Portia L. Moreillon and her husband, Jack, New Albany; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook,Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Internment will take place in Martinsburg Cemetery, Martinsburg.
