She was born May 26, 1922, in Logan, UT, to Ira and Rhoda Pearl Benson. She married John A. Ciet in Salt Lake City, in 1942. She loved to go fishing and spending time in the Uinta Mountains.

She is survived by two children; Jack (Mary) Ciet, Riverton, UT; Marilyn (Brian) Wynn, Evanston, WY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a brother, Don (Lola) Benson, Rosepark, UT. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a brother, LaVerl Benson.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997, at 1 p.m., at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 So. 1700 E. Sandy. Friends and family may call Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Deseret Memorial Mortuary, 36 E. 700 So., Salt Lake City. Funeral Directors; Deseret Memorial Mortuary.
