Clinton R. Bertram, 57, 306 E. Gilbert St., died Monday at the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mr. Bertram was born in Jamestown, Tenn., and came to Muncie after service with the Army during World War II.
For the past 12 years, Mr. Bertram had been employed at Eaton Foods and at an earlier time was employed for 20 years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
Surviving are his wife, Garnet F. Bertram; three sisters, Sylvia Stephens of Glenoby, Tenn., Earlean Stowers of Muncie, and Goldie Adkins of Clarkrange, Tenn.; three brothers, John, Wix (Pete) and Everett Bertram, all of Clarkrange, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Meeks Mortuary. Burial will be in the American Legion section of Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. today.
