Rev. Glen L. Bennage, 71, of Allentown, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Marion A. (Snyder) Bennage. They celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary in May 2012.
Born in Sunbury, he was a son of the late Glen and Jennie (Kreps) Bennage. Rev. Bennage was a graduate of Evangelical Seminary, Myerstown, and served as pastor at Lawn E.C. Church for 17 years. He was a member of Christ E.C. Church, Allentown, where he was a Sunday School teacher.
Survivors: Wife, daughters: Jennifer L. Bennage Rosa, of Macungie and son-in-law, Luis Rene Rosa, Jr., Lilyan M. Frisch and her husband, Keith, of Fleetwood; brother, Larry and his partner, Louise, of Egypt; sisters, Carol Howell and her husband, Bobby, of Catasauqua, Ella Mae Mains, of Allentown, Donna Bennage, of Catasauqua; half-sister, Bonnie Kaufman, of Milton; grandchildren, Sofia, Zoe, Simon, Ava, Alexes Levi, Vaughn, Quintin Levi, Benjamin.
