He served as a Cpl in the Marine Corps from 1962 until 1965. He was a Veteran of Vietnam. John worked at Kayner-Alcoa for more than 20 years. He enjoyed camping and visiting our national Parks. He was also a big Dodger fan. John was a talented woodworker, he made many types of furniture for his wife, children and grandchildren. His family remembers him as a patient, honest gentle man, always willing to help someone who needed it. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
