Vincent moved back to the Seminole area in 2009. He attended and graduated from Latta High School in 1990. He was a member of the Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa, Oklahoma. Vincent loved OU football, playing fast pitch softball, he loved his family and his children, he loved watching them play in their sports, he was a good father. Vincent always had a smile on his face and he had lots of friends.
Vincent is survived by his parents Clifford and Mary Sue Barnett of Seminole, Oklahoma, four daughters, Megan Waddle Cox of Warrensburg, Missouri, Nora L. Barnett , Mychal E. Barnett and Alexis Owings all of Shawnee, Oklahoma, one sister Melanie Barnett of Opelousas, Louisiana and on nephew Leon Bolden Jr. of Opelousas, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Martha Cole Billy, paternal grandmother Madeline Harjo Harrison and great grandparents Babe and Josie Harjo.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa, Oklahoma with burial at the Harjo Family Cemetery. Rev. Faren Coody and Brother Frank Moppin will officiate at the service.
Casket bearers will be Chris Jones, Justin Hooper, Oscar Carpitche, Mark Lena Robert Ann Taylor, and Rashad McGilbert. Honorary bearers will be Ronnie EagleRoad, Josh Puntka, Dalton Branch, Rick Walker, Gerald Harjo, Billy Archer, Michael Owings and Rick Barnoskie.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
