Mr. Frank Corn, age 63, of Blue Ridge,GA passed away July 4, 2014. He was born in McCaysville, GA to the late Oscar McKinley Corn, Sr. and Cora Katherine Sanders Corn. Frank was a retired Computer Technician for the H.A. & W. Accounting Firm. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Woodstock. Frank was a member of the Jaycees where he served as the Georgia State President from 1984-1985.
Survivors include one son, Jeremy Preston Corn of Blue Ridge, GA; daughter, Sherri Corn Nunn and husband Eric of Oakwood, GA; two brothers, Tommy Corn and wife Patricia of Sylvania, GA and Johnny Corn and wife Jean of Parrish, FL; two sisters, Grace Ann Corn of Epworth, GA and Edith Lee of Snellville, GA; one grandchild, Haylee Nunn of Oakwood, GA.
A Celebration of Frank's life will be conducted Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. from the First Baptist Church of Epworth, GA. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: David Blackwell, Butch Anderson, Kim Corn, Tommy Corn, Jr., B.J. Taylor, Gary Morris, Jeremy Corn and Tommy Corn, Sr.. Serving as an honorary escort will be members of the Georgia Jaycees. .
