She was the daughter of Clifton Jackson and Luella (March) Bailey. Her mother, Luella Bailey-Reed survives in Lima.
Also surviving are three sisters: Joyce (Hafiz) Shabazz, Thetford Center, VT, Forastene Bailey, Boston, MA, and Elnora (David) Farmer, Atlanta, GA.
Deceased is a son, Christopher Allen Bailey.
She was a former member of St. Paul AME Church where she sang in the young adult choir. She enjoyed singing, dancing, cooking and was a devoted mother and caring sister. She had been an administrative assistant for Polaroid Corporation, Boston, MA.
There will be no visitation or services.
