Miss Elena Marie Brown, Sister Mary Anne Theresa, 21, of Schuylerville died Wednesday, March 22, at her home after a long illness. A wake service was conducted Friday at Notre Dame de Lourdes church, Schuylerville, by the Rev. William F. Lemoyne, pastor. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at the church Tuesday and interment was in St. Joseph's cemetery, Greenwich.
Miss Brown was born June 4, 1956, in Cambridge, daughter of Edward V. and Helena DeLuca Brown. She attended Schuylerville central school. On September 16, 1976, Miss Brown was invested in the third order of St. Francis as a member of St. Elizabeth and St. Louis fraternity.
Surviving in addition to her parents, include a sister, Mrs. Serena Anne Connor of Waterford; two brothers, Kim of Schuylerville, and Christopher, stationed with the Navy at Great Lakes, Ill.; her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Brown of East Greenwich.
Memorial gifts may be made to the General Schuylerville(sic) Emergency Squad.
