BROWN-Friends of Mr.and Mrs.Howard M.Brown,who resides near Henderson,Ala. were greatly shocked to hear of the death of their little daughter Lillian Lorene, who received a severe burn Monday night,which was too severe for her to overcome. She passed away the following night about 10 o'clock.She was alone in the room,we do not know how it occured there was no fire in the house,it is thought that she was trying to build a fire as there were matches found on the hearth .All that willing hands could do was done but proved to no avail.She was three years old and was loved by all who knew her.The remains were laid to rest at Hopewell Cemetery east of Henderson, Thursday afternoon.Rev.J.T.Floyd conducted the funeral.She is survived by her parents Mr.& Mrs. Howard M.Brown.to sisters Littie Mae and Christine Brown.three brothers Allen, Woodrow and Marvin Brown all of Henderson.
