Grace Stevens, age 97, went to be with her Lord on May 31, 2014 in Santa Rosa with her family at her side. Born in Twin Falls, Idaho, the youngest of nine children, to George and Janet Vrieling, she spent her youth on a farm in Ripon, California and attended Business College in Modesto. She married Tom Stevens on January 1, 1942 and they moved to Santa Rosa in 1956. She was a bookkeeper for 40 years. Grace is survived by two sons, Stan (Lyndy) and Marc (Milli), six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Tom of 57 years and her son David. The family wishes to express deepest thanks to Ana Pirc of Ana's Care Home for the loving attention she gave to our mother and to Larry Vrieling, her nephew, who visited his Aunt Grace often.
