Mr. Butler attended Crawford Street Methodist Church in Vicksburg and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He graduated from Como High School in Como, MS and attended the University of Mississippi. An avid sports fan, he loved Ole Miss football and baseball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
Mr. Butler is survived by two sons, Steven Butler, IV (Karen) and Patrick Butler (Kim), of Vicksburg;four grandchildren, Patrick Butler, II, Hyden Butler, Layton Martin, and Deanna Weeks; and one great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Martin.
He was preceded in death by his wife, The late Ann Weber Butler and his parents, The late Steve Hightower Butler, Jr. and Margaret Raiford Butler.
