CHILHOWIE, Va. Anna Marguerite Riggins Billings, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at her daughter's home in Chilhowie, Va. She was born in Pennsylvania, to the late Charles and Marguerite A. Riggins. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Billings; one son, Robert Billings; and several brothers and sisters. Anna loved traveling to Pigeon Forge and watching Lou Vuto impersonate Elvis. She is survived by daughter of the home, Judy M. Billings; daughters, Mary Ann Taylor, Janie Mabe, Martha A. Cline, Elizabeth Billings, Lois Stump, Rebecca Wagoner; sons, Harold F. Riggins, James Billings, Thomas L. Billings, Ernest Billings, and Gary Billings; 31 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2014, at the Sulphur Springs Cemetery in Chilhowie, Va.
