She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Ira Gober of Jasper; one daughter, Jimmie Ann Gober Wallace of Birmingham; her parents E.L. and Rosa Sides; two brothers, Woodrow Sides of Birmingham and Braman Sides of Oklahoma City.
She was a long time member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church, and was most recently a member of First Baptist of Pleasant Grove, in Birmingham.
