> March 20, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. He
> was born November 22, 1955 in Erie, the son of Harvey J. and

> A lifelong resident of Erie, Jeff had worked as a machinist.
> He enjoyed woodworking and building things for his family,
> and was also a very good cook. He was an avid reader and
> loved taking care of his cats. A devoted father, his son
> Jeffrey and daughter Josie were his pride and joy.

> Besides his parents, he is survived by his son, Jeffrey
> Noble and a daughter, Josie Noble, both of Erie. He is the
> brother of Benjamin Bean of Erie; David Bean of Corry; Mark
