Belle & her husband ran a grocery business in Maysville. They lived at 403 Forest Ave. and were the parents of two sons.

Belle's father Franklin Fridman was thought to be one of the wealthiest men in Clermont Co., OH; a merchant, gentleman farmer, & banker. As an elderly man, he was murdered by a discontented tenant.
