Mr. Carl E. Duncan 48, of Little Rock, departed this life Monday June 30, 2014. He was born to the late Otis and Elizabeth Duncan on January 17, 1966 in Stuttgart, AR.
Carl was preceded in death by his father, mother and sister.
He is survived by one son, Carl Duncan, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV; four daughters, Carlysha Duncan of Las Vegas, NV, Aliana and Asiana Duncan of California, Alexis Duncan of Stuttgart, AR; two brothers, Otis Duncan of Las Vegas, NV, Earnest Breelove of California; three sisters, Levater (Curlee) Thomas of Little Rock, AR, Phyllis (William) Russeell of St. Louis, MO and Peggy Battles of North Little Rock, AR and a host of nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
