Donald Louis Abbott, age 75 of Adairville KY, died Sunday June 29, 2014 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3 pm on Saturday July 5, 2014 at the Robertson County Funeral Home in Springfield, TN with Bro. Tom Lawhon officiating.
Mr. Abbott was born March 4, 1939 in Ohio Co., KY to the late Buna R. Abbott and Virginia Mourine Womack Abbott. During his life he worked as a crop duster, farmer and truck driver.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Abbott was also preceded in death by his son; Jeff Abbott and brothers; Randall Abbott and Larry Abbott.
Surviving Mr. Abbott are his son; Douglas C. Abbott of Smyrna, GA, daughter; Dayna Abbott of Adairville, KY, grandchildren; Garrett Abbott, Kennedy Hadden, both of Adairville and Jackson Abbott-Eggleston of Smyrna GA, first wife; Judith A. Meiners of Lexington, KY, second wife; Penny Eller Abbott of Adairville, KY, daughter-in-law; Leanne Abbott of Adairville, KY, sisters-in-law; Janice Clinard of Adairville, KY, Barbara Prather Johnson of Rocky Hill, KY, aunt; Maudine Womack of Oak Grove, KY and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
