Wheatley , Linda F. Saginaw, Michigan Formerly of St. Charles Passed away Monday, November 5, 2007 at St. Francis Home, age 90 years. Linda F. Welzein was born July 25, 1917 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Albert and Ella (Brusehafer) Welzein. She married John Wheatley December 9, 1941; he predeceased her June 17, 1998. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, St. Charles. She also enjoyed playing cards and visiting with friends and family. Surviving are two sons, Edward (Kathy) Wheatley , Saginaw; Ron (Tami) Wheatley , St. Charles; son-in-law, Andy Austin, St. Charles; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchil-dren; a brother-in-law Joe Louchart, St. Charles; a sister-in-law, Monagene Welzein, Birch Run; a special friend, Marion Roberge; many nieces, nephews and friends. Linda was also predeceased by a daughter, Jackie Austin, a granddaughter, Julie Bloniarczyk, two brothers, Albert Welzein and Norman Welzein, two sisters, Esther Hoffman and Ella Busch. Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 9, 2007 at Hope Lutheran Church, 1123 Walnut St., St. Charles. Rev. Jason Baldwin will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the W.L. Case & Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. and then on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
