Auto Race Car Driver. An prewar Alfa Romeo sports car driver, he had an opportunity in the inmediate postwar period with the Cisitalia team. He drove briefly for Ferrari and Alfa Romeo. In 1952-53 he drove for Maserati doing a full Formula 1 program before his fatal crash at Mexico driving a Lancia during the Carrera Panamericana.
