Huddleston, John Benton - age 21 of Knoxville, TN. Our beloved son went to rest in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ Thursday, June 26, 2014. In May, Benton graduated from The University of Tennessee / Pellissippi Culinary Arts Institute and in December he would have graduated from Pellissippi State University with a Business Administration Degree. Benton had career hopes of becoming a Master Chef and would often create and serve French cuisine made from scratch, much to the delight of family and friends. Benton loved life, and he held The Lord, his Savior, deep in his heart and soul. Preceded in death by grandparents Ben Huddleston Jr., Ray Walker Sr., Winford and Grace Ogle; Aunt Faye Ogle; Uncles Winford Ogle Jr & Jerry Ogle. Benton is deeply missed by his loving parents, John and Judy Huddleston, Grandmother GrandBunny Walker, Uncles Ben Huddleston III and Ray Walker Jr.; Aunts Betty Abbott, Shirley Ogle, Brenda Huddleston and Kathy Nicely. Benton will also be missed by many special cousins and friends. Memorials in Benton's honor may be made to Young Williams Animal Shelter 3201 Division Street Knoxville, TN. 37919. Benton's family will receive friends from 5-7pm Monday, June 30, 2014 with memorial service to follow in the Chapel of Bridges Funeral Home, Rev. Mark Kidd officiating. On Tuesday July 1, 2014 family and friends will again meet at the Bridges Funeral Home for a 9:15 processional to Highland Memorial Cemetery, Kingston Pike, for the Interment at 10:00am.
