GALVESTON - Vanessa Holly Lawrence, 26, of Galveston, Texas was killed June 8, 1999, on Highway 146. Born in Jackson, Mississippi, on November 14,1972.
She is survived by her son, Glenn Rodger Lawrence III, who
is in critical condition in Herman Hospital; mother, Dorothy Jo Engleking; and lifelong friends, Jacquie Nelson, Jeana Wilson, Wendy Landry and Gloria Vorsburgh; her nieces; and nephews, and many friends, new and old.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 18th at 1 p.m. at Broadway Funeral Home with the Rev. Aaron Hrachovina and Colby Riskill officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Galveston.
Pallbeare'rs will be John Nelson, Kenny Guindon, Richard Martin, Dave DuBois, Kevin ZeUer, Chris Trost.
