Niece of Local Resident is Dead
Word reached here over the weekend of the death of Mrs. N.C. Jensen, the former Deliah Mode, a niece of Mrs. E.M. Brown of this city, who died at her home in Colorado Springs last Saturday evening. The body was brought to Okawville by train, arriving there late Monday night and funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Okawville M.E. Church where Dr. J.B. Johnson, pastor officiated.
Mrs. Jensen was born in Okawville on March 17, 1907, and after her early schooling there finished her high school education here at Nashville. She was married to Mr. Nels Jensen in 1930. She is survived by her parents, three brothers, three sisters and numerous other relatives in the county.
