VALLEY — Ms. Kim Mann, 38, of Valley died Monday, Sept. 19, 2005 at University Hospital in Birmingham, Ala.

Funeral services are scheduled Friday, Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jerome King and the Rev. John Samanie officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett.

Ms. Mann is survived by her mother, Dot Mann of Valley; a sister, Pam (Ennis) Hester of Warner Robins, Ga.; two brothers, Ken Mann of Lanett and Fred Douglas of LaGrange; one niece, Beth (Bob) Bray of Kathleen, Ga.; one nephew, Caleb Bray of Kathleen; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ms. Mann was born Jan. 2, 1967 in Valley. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Shawmut. Ms. Mann was preceded in death by her father, J.W. Mann and her brother, Tim Mann.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Alabama Sight in her memory.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
