WALLINGFORD - Patricia Hoffner Ferrara Sprague, 61, of Wallingford and formerly of Gainsville, Fla., beloved wife of the late Samuel L. Sprague, departed this life on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at Cocomo Healthcare Center in Meriden.

Patricia was born on Sept. 22, 1952, in New Haven daughter of the late Robert and Jo-Ann (Boppert) Hoffner. She was employed by Branford Hills as a CNA and hair stylist for many years. She was a loving caregiver to her family and those she served during her career.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Reilly and her husband, Scott, of Yalesville; her brothers, Robert Hoffner Jr., and his wife, Louise, of Oxford, and Kenneth Hoffner, of Meriden. She also leaves her sister, Cynthia Willoughby, of West Haven; in addition to her grandchildren, Zachary, Emma, and Kaysie Reilly. Patricia also leaves numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Resurrection at 10a.m. on Saturday, June 28. There are no calling hours. Interment will follow at In Memoriam Cemetery. The B. C.
