Mary Lou Schlosser Yost, 73, of 10156 Jamestown Rd., Wattsburg, died on Saturday, January 21, 2006, at her home. She was born April 1, 1932 in Cambridge Springs to Luella Siverling Schlosser of Saegertown, Pa., and the late Max Eaton Schlosser. She was a resident of Wattsburg for over 50 years, and was a graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. She was a member of the Wattsburg United Methodist Church. She enjoyed baking cakes, working in the strawberry fields, and loved her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman H. Yost, on June 13, 2002; a grandson, Brent Norman Van Riper; son-in-law Greg Hall; and a brother, Robert Schlosser. She is survived by a son, Blaine Yost of Wattsburg; daughters Bonnie L. Hall of Wattsburg, and Becky Van Riper and husband Chuck of Wattsburg; brother Eugene Schlosser and wife Gretchen of Edinboro; sisters Maxine Green and husband Bill of Cambridge Springs; Wynima Chisholm and husband Walter of Meadville; Ruth DeLutis and husband Don of San Francisco, Calif.; and grandchildren Heather Paris and husband Andrew, Joseph Van Riper, Mackenzie Yost and Logan Yost.
