He is survived by his mother, Lorine Willis; daughter, Emily Kristen Willis; two sisters, Brenda Brown, Melanie Brown of Little Rock; two brothers, Tommy Nelson of Little Rock and Joe Richard Jr. Of Chicago, Ill.; one aunt, John Emma Carter of North Little Rock.
Family hour will be Tuesday July 1, 2014 from 6-7 p.m. and funeral service will be Wednesday July 2, 11 a.m. with both services held at Second Baptist Church 1709 John Barrow Rd.
