She was born June 2, 1942, at Evening Shade, Arkansas, to the late Fred Ring and Ioney Shirley.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Fowler of the home; sons, Larry and Gary Fowler, both of Ash Flat; daughter, Renee Allen of Bobo; sister, Shirley Rigney; seven grand-children; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Ash Flat Church of Christ. Burial was in Wiles Cemetery
Wortham Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
