Mary E. Carroll, age 64, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Mrs. Carroll was born February 12, 1950 in Scottsboro, Alabama to the late Gordon and Dovie (Towers) Sharp. She was a homemaker and had lived in the area for the past 10 years. She was a member of Summit Pentecostal Church of God in Summit, Arkansas. She enjoyed planting flowers, hummingbirds, her church, and her home life with her husband, Gerald.
Mary is survived by her husband, Gerald, of the home;
a daughter, Mary Ann Breeds and her husband, Don of Paragould, Arkansas;
four brothers: Tommy Sharp, Hugh Sharp, Coy Sharp, and Kenneth Sharp;
two sisters: Dorothy Sharp; and Kathy McCarroll Shook both of Paragould, Arkansas;
a grandson, Josh Breeds of Paragould, Arkansas;
and her church family at Summit Pentecostal Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Joe, James and Dale; and several sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mary Carroll will be Monday, June 30, 2014 at Summit Pentecostal Church of God in Summit, Arkansas from 1:00 pm until service time.
Funeral service will be Monday, June 30, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Summit Pentecostal Church of God in Summit with pastor Charles Borden and Jason Stallings officiating.
A graveside committal service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Greene County Memorial Gardens in Paragould, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Don Breeds, Josh Breeds, Timmy Carroll, Dennis Dunn, Rick Wilson, and Charles Hampton.
