Kerry was a graduate of Texas Tech University and an avid guitar player. He was the President and CEO of Amptec Research Corporation.
Kerry moved to Austin 15 years ago and married Donna Heinrich on July 1, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Clark; his daughter, Sarah Clark, of Austin; a brother-in-law, Mark Heinrich and his wife, Bonnie; 2 nieces, Connor Heinrich and Bailey Heinrich, all of Spring, Texas.
The family will receive friends at Harrell Funeral Home, Hwy. 290 and Heritage Drive, Dripping Springs, Texas.
A funeral service will be held at Harrell Funeral Home, Dripping Springs.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Park-The Woodlands under the direction of Harrell Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date in San Diego, California.
