She was born on May 16, 1925, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Russell and Pearl Shaner Adams of Washington who survive.
She was a member of First Methodist Church of Canonsburg and for 25 years was employed as a secretary by Jessop Steel Company. At the time of her death she owned and operated Adams Exc-U-Tricks in Washington. Miss Adams was a member of the Washington Chapter, National Secretaries Association.
Surviving in addition to her parents are two brothers, Lawrence Dale Adams of Houston and Robert W. Adams of Canonsburg; one sister, Mrs. Gladys Iperigne of Washington; two nieces and three nephews.
