WATER VALLEY, Ky. - Graveside services for Noble Austin Carter, 73, of Water Valley, will be at 1 p.m. today at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wingo. The Rev. Charles Jobe will officiate.
Mr. Carter died Friday at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Marion, Ill.
Mr. Carter, a veteran of World War II, was a retired truck driver.
Surviving are one brother, James Ruble Carter of Water Valley, and one nephew, Danny Carter of Wingo.
His parents were William Jasper Carter and Myrtie May Bradley Carter.
