Mrs. Underwood was born July 6, 1944 in Blount County TN the daughter of the late Avery N. and Mary Ruth Lee Patty. She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.
Survivors include a husband, son, daughter, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sat at 4:00pm from the Berean Baptist Church with Bro. Jessie Thornton officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Friday from 4 until 9pm at the funeral home. Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
