She was born February 16, 1940 in Springville, Illinois, to the union of her parents, Robert L. and Helen Pauline East Hutton.
Mrs. Ainsworth was a Certified Nursing Assistant, loved the art of embroidery using pillows and towels and also used sign language to communicate to others. She was a member of Eddy Justiss Memorial Methodist Church in Trout.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 23, in the Lowe Cemetery of Kelly (Holum) with Rev. P. A. "Fox" Paul officiating.
Interment followed under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaic (Isaac) Ainsworth; her parents; and step-daughter, Gladys Robbins.
