Mrs. Frank Day, 67, died suddenly at 9:45 Thursday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Cotner Williams, at Earl Park. Mrs. Day had gone to visit her daughter on Saturday and word of her death came as a shock to relatives and friends here. Harriett Isabelle Clark was born Dec. 27, 1873, in Fulton county, a daughter of Jeremiah and Julia (Bruce) Clark. She was united in marriage on Nov. 30, 1892, to Frank Day. She was a member of the Eastern Star chapter and the Winamac Methodist church. Surviving are the husband; two daughters, Mrs. Williams, of Earl Park, and Mrs. Bessie May Brust of Harrison township; four sons, Robert of Niles, Mich., Bruce and Rex of South Bend and Walter of Winamac; two brothers, A. E. Clark of Decatur, Ill., and Orville Clark of Tampa, Fla.; two half brothers, Harland and Reuben Clark of Magnolia, Ark.; one sister, Mrs. Oran Kotterman of Peru. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Methodist church with Rev. Collier officiating. Interment was in the Winamac cemetery.
