James Herman Lowe, 81, of Crossville, passed away June 15, 2014, at WyndRidge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossville. Memorial services and interment will be held at Hale's Chapel Church Saturday, June 28, from 1-3 p.m.
Mr. Lowe was born Dec. 6, 1932, in Crossville, the son of Thomas and Susie (Underwood) Lowe.
He worked on the Great Lake's Fleet as a Merchant Marine and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his brother, Vernon Lowe of West Milton, OH; and niece, Dwan Twyford of Denver, CO.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Caroline (Weber) Lowe.
