Johnny was born January 30, 1936 in Trion, Georgia. He lived in Mundelein for over 45 years. Johnny enjoyed fishing. He was a truck driver by trade and received several driving awards. He served in the United States Army and received the Purple Heart. He is survived by his loving wife Frances Allen, loving children Debbie (David) Mikesch, Johnny (Elizabeth) Allen Jr., Mark (Stephanie) Allen, Roger (Jean) Mathis and Kenneth (Audrey) Mathis, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, his brothers Glen (Delores) Allen, Bobby Allen and his sister Bonnie McCormick."
