Catherine "Kate" Perkins passed away at her home in Harvard, IL on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the age of 90. She was born on July 6, 1932 in Walworth, WI to Louis and Mabel (nee Kenyon) Heiden. She married her husband William "Bill" on July 8, 1950 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. They spent many years together before his passing on February 10, 2005. Kate worked hard alongside her husband and family on the dairy farm. She was a homemaker and CUSD 50 School Bus driver for 32 years. Kate enjoyed many summers up north at their cabin on Spooner Lake. She is survived by her 4 children; sister; 12 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Mabel Heiden, spouse William "Bill" Perkins, daughter Linda Bloomgren, grandson Chris Betlinski, five siblings and their spouses.
