Born October 12, 1936 in Walton, NY, Rebecca was the daughter of Joseph and Madeline (Stearns) Harby Sr. She worked for seven years as a sewing machine operator at Champion Products in Norwich. She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Allan; sons, Mark (Linda) and Mike (Sue); daughters, Sharon and Elizabeth Davidson; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers. She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, Joe Jr. and a step-granddaughter, Denise Otteni.
