Bessie Barricklow, who resided many years at 137 W. Main St., Greensburg, died at 12:25 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 1988, in the Heritage Nursing Center, Greensburg, where she was a guest.
She was born Jan. 10, 1891, in Decatur County, the daughter of Thomas and Clara Clark Draper. her father died Sept. 24, 1961, and her mother preceded her in death Dec. 8, 1945. She married Hiram Barricklow Dec. 7, 1914, in the Greensburg Methodist parsonage. he preceded her in death Nov. 3, 1956.
She was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church, the Women's Society of Christian Service of the United Methodist Church and the Bracken Bible Class.
She is survived by several cousins.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, Greensburg, with the Rev. Robert Campbell in charge.
Burial will be in South Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday.
