Ann Geest, 62, of Puposky, MN, died Sunday, January 12, 2014 in Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3033 Birchmont Dr. NE, Bemidji, MN with Bishop Jeff Nelson officiating. Visitation will be 2-3 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Ann June Geest was born April 23, 1951 in Bemidji, MN to George and Ann (Schocker) Geest. She grew up in Bemidji where she attended school.

She married Joe Efta and they lived in Tenstrike, MN. Ann worked various jobs, such as hairdressing, cashiering, making Christmas wreaths and PCA work. She enjoyed working on her house and raising animals. She truly loved her daughter and her family and was proud of all of her daughter's accomplishments. She was always willing to help others.

She is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Michael) Woolf of Orem, UT; 2 grandsons, Ace and Asher and brother, David Geest of Anchorage, AK.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
