Toombs, David H. age 79 of Rosemount passed away peacefully on June 23, 2014. David was the President of The First State Bank of Rose- mount. For 61 years, David was not only active in the bank but was also active throughout Rosemount and the surrounding communities. He is preceded in death by parents Ralph and Louise Toombs; brother Robert Toombs. Survived by loving wife of 52 years Barbara; children, Michael (Marcia), Gregory (Nancy), James (Julie), Mark (Melissa), Amy (William) Murphy and Sarah (Chad) Peterson; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grand- children.
