Cody Lynn Clark, of Sweetwater and Abilene, left this world for a heavenly one on Monday, June 23, 2014, in Sweetwater, Texas. He was born December 31, 1980, in Sweetwater and was born again and baptized into God's family in his twenties.

He graduated from Sweetwater High School and was self-employed. He was known for his sense of humor and concern for the underdog.

He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Ann Clark.

He is survived by his son, Austin Clark; Teresa, Jack, and Brandon Malaspina; Larry Humphries; Leonard Blalock; Dale Blalock; Charlie Blalock; Nan Powell; Robert Brothers; and Ada Belle Clark. He left a number of friends for whom he cared deeply.

Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, 401 E. 3rd Street, Sweetwater, Texas.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014, at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services following at Sweetwater Cemetery, 2000 W. Alabama.
