Foster L. Miller, his middle initial was assigned by the Army. He really did not have one. His nickname was "Frog". He and Mable came to AR around 1929. There had been a flood and they did not stay. They did return in 1937 along with other relatives to live around Tulot and farm for many years. They raised their family there and finally retired. They then purchased a Dairy Bar in Trumann and ran it for several years until their health required them to sell it.
