Syd was the life of the party, always vibrant, spontaneous and charismatic. She was kind to everyone she met and her door was always open. She was willing to help anyone whether it be a close friend or someone she just met. People were drawn to her wide vocabulary and dirty jokes. Syd had a love for flowers, quilting and cake decorating. She was an excellent cook. We all looked forward to her homemade rolls and potato salad. She spent countless hours working on family history. She was a faithful visiting teacher and served in many church callings, she especially loved teaching the primary children.
Syd was very compassionate caregiver who had an unwavering commitment to the people of Enterprise Valley. Working as an EMT for over 20 years, also working for Dr. Kerry Stratford in ST. George, Utah as a medical assistant for over 20 years.
