Kay E. Arndt was born in Chickasha, Ok., on June 15, 1945 to Owen G. and Lena Thomas Graves.

She married Charles "Chuck" Arndt in Denton, Texas in 1974.

Kay died May 12, 2014 at her home in Hennessey, Ok.

She was survived by her husband Chuck; two daughters, Tammy Fagan and husband Tim, and Lisa Arndt; three sons, Bill Arndt and wife Amy, Ben Arndt and wife Carey, and Charles Arndt Jr.; two brothers, Jim Graves and Melvin Graves; sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The funeral for Kay was May 15, 2014 at First Christian Church officiated by Rev. Mickey Moery, with burial at Garber Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.
